Ingredients list for Easy Chocolate Fudge

  • 2 cups Chocolate grated
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Mawa (khoya) crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Cointreau

Method

  1. Bring milk to a boil. Reduce heat and cook till it reduces to half its original quantity. Add sugar and stir and allow the milk to reduce to two-third cup.
  2. Add grated chocolate and mix. Add khoya and stir till the mixture is smooth. Add butter and mix well. Add crushed walnuts and mix again. Add a few drops of cointreau and mix. Remove from heat but keep stirring for five more minutes. Transfer the mixture onto a greased tray and level the surface. Keep in the refrigerator for three to four hours to set.
  3. Remove when set and cut into pieces and serve.
