Ingredients list for Egg Masala
- 8 Eggs peeled & finely chopped hard boiled
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds, ginger, green chillies and onions and sauté lightly.
- Add tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are pulpy. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt and sauté.
- Add eggs and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
