By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Gram flour (besan) Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Egg Pakoda - SK Khazana 2 Eggs 1/2 cup Gram flour (besan) 1 Green chilli chopped 1 medium Onion chopped Chaat masala a pinch of to taste Salt Baking soda a pinch of 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder to deep fry Oil to serve Tomato ketchup Method Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk. Add gram flour and whisk. Add ½ cup water and whisk well till you get a thick smooth batter. Add green chilli, onion, chaat masala, salt, baking soda, coriander leaves and red chilli powder and mix well. Drop small portions of the batter with a ladle into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
