Ingredients list for Egg Platter

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 2 tablespoons Oil

Method

  1. Heat four cups of water in a deep non-stick pan. Add five eggs and hard boil them for ten minutes. Remove the eggs and peel them. Cut them into half.
  2. Separate the egg white and yolk of the remaining egg.
  3. Dip the eggs in the egg whiteHeat oil in a non-stick pan. Dip the boiled eggs in egg white and then cook the eggs for a minute.
  4. Put them in a serving plate. Sprinkle chaat masala, onion and coriander leaves on it. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
