By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Glucose biscuits, Chocolate biscuits Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Eggless Biscuit Cake - SK Khazana 8-10 Glucose biscuits 12-15 Chocolate biscuits 7-8 tablespoons Castor sugar 2 teaspoons Chocolate powder 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder 3/4 cup Milk 7-8 Walnuts roughly chopped 1/4 cup Chocolate chips 1 teaspoon Fruit salt Method Put glucose biscuits and chocolate biscuits in a mixer jar and grind to a fine powder. Transfer into a large bowl. Add castor sugar, chocolate powder and cocoa powder and mix well with a whisk. . Make a well in the centre and add milk and whisk well. Add walnuts and chocolate chips and mix well. Add fruit salt and mix till well combined. Transfer into a silicon loaf mould. Keep the mould in the microwave and cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Take it out of the oven and allow to cool down to room temperature. De-mould and cut into slices and dust with icing sugar.
