Ingredients list for Eggless Mango Mousse
- 3/4 cup + for garnish Fresh ripe mango pulp
- 1 cup White chocolate chopped
- 1/2 cup Fresh cream
- 1 cup Whipped cream
- to garnish Fresh mint sprigs
Method
- Boil sufficient water in a deep non-stick pan, place a bowl over it, add chopped white chocolate and melt, stirring continuously.
- Add fresh cream and mix well and set aside to cool down. Add fresh mango pulp and whipped cream and mix well.
- Fill the mango mixture into a piping bag fitted with star nozzle and pipe into serving glasses.
- Garnish with a little fresh mango pulp and mint sprigs and chill in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. Serve chilled.
