Ingredients for Eggless Mawa Cup Cakes Recipe

  • Mawa (khoya) 150 grams

  • Refined flour (maida) 160 grams

  • Butter 120 grams

  • Sweet condensed milk 200 grams

  • Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon

  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

  • Milk 75 millilitres


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180° C.

Step 2

Take butter in a large mixing bowl, add mawa and beat together with an electric hand blender. Add condensed milk and continue to beat.

Step 3

Sieve together refined flour, baking powder and baking soda into the bowl and mix together.

Step 4

Add vanilla essence and milk and mix again with the hand blender.

Step 5

Put the batter into individual silicone cupcake moulds kept on a tray till they are ¾ full. Tap the tray on the table to settle the batter.

Step 6

Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 7

Take the tray out of the oven and let them cool.

Step 8

Demold, arrange them on a serving platter and serve with tea or coffee.
