Ingredients for Eggless Strawberry Mousse Recipe

  • Fresh strawberries hulled and halved 8-10

  • Fresh strawberries hulled and chopped 8-10

  • Fresh strawberries 2 for garnish

  • Fresh cream 1 cup

  • White chocolate chopped 1 cup


Step 1

Put the strawberries in a blender jar and blend to a puree.

Step 2

Heat fresh cream in a non-stick pan till it comes to a boil. Take white chocolate in a mixing bowl, add the hot cream and mix till well combined. Add the strawberry puree and mix well. Add half the chopped strawberries and mix well.

Step 3

Put some chopped strawberries into each stemmed glass and fill them up with the mousse mixture.

Step 4

Halve the strawberries vertically without hulling them, make a small slit on the bottom end and decorate the rims of the mousse glasses with them. Keep the glasses in the refrigerator for 1½ - 2 hours to set.

Step 5

Serve chilled.
