Ingredients list for Eggless Vanilla Cake - SK Khazana

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 3/4 cup + to grease Butter softened
  • 1 cup Condensed milk
  • 1 cup + for dusting Refined flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 cup Milk

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 180˚C. Grease a cake tin with butter and dust with refined flour, keep aside.
  2. Take butter in a bowl, add condensed milk and vanilla essence and beat with an electric beater till the colour changes slightly.
  3. Sift refined flour, baking soda and baking powder directly into the butter mixture and gently fold in till well combined. Add milk and fold in again.
  4. Pour into the greased cake tin, spread the batter evenly and gently tap the tin to remove air bubbles if any.
  5. Keep the tin in the preheated tin and bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
  6. De-mould and cut into squares and serve.
