Ingredients list for Eggless Waffles

  • 1 1/2 cups Refined flour (maida)
  • 3/4 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • as required Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  • for greasing Butter
  • 3-4 large Red grapes
  • 1-2 piece Plums
  • 1 medium Peach
  • for dusting Icing sugar
  • Maple syrup for drizzling

Method

  1. Sift together flour, powdered sugar, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
  2. Add yogurt and whisk well. Add milk and whisk into a smooth batter.
  3. Add vanilla essence and mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
  4. Heat a waffle iron. Grease it with some butter, pour batter, cover and cook till golden from both the sides.
  5. Halve grapes, slice plums and peach.
  6. Place waffles on a serving platter alongwith the fruits. Dust some icing sugar and drizzle maple syrup on top. Serve immediately.
