Ingredients list for English Rasmallai

  • 8 pieces Readymade Rasmalai
  • 500 grams Whipping Cream
  • 150 grams Powdered sugar
  • 150 grams Hazelnut chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Icing sugar

Method

  1. Whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks are formed.
  2. Melt the chocolate on double boiler. Allow to come to room temperature stirring continuously. Fold the chocolate in cream.
  3. Grease a cake tin with olive oil. Sprinkle icing sugar and coat the tin completely. Dust off excess sugar.
  4. Pour some chocolate mixture in the tin and spread evenly. Place the rasmalais on top.
  5. Repeat this until all the mixture and rasmalais are used up.
  6. Refrigerate for one hour.
  7. Cut into desired shapes and serve chilled.
