Ingredients for Eves Pudding Recipe

  • Apple 3

  • Brown Sugar 1 cup

  • Butter 175 grams

  • Sugar 1 cup

  • Egg 3

  • Refined flour (maida) 1 cup

  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon

  • Milk as required

  • Almond powder 4 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Quarter apples, core and slice them thinly Preheat oven to 180°C. Put the apples in a baking dish. Sprinkle brown sugar over them.

Step 2

Cream together butter and plain sugar with a hand blender till the sugar dissolves. Add eggs, one by one and whisk till creamy.

Step 3

Sieve flour and baking powder into the bowl and mix. Add milk to correct consistency.Add almond powder and mix. Pour the batter over the apples and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Serve hot. You can also serve it with ice cream.
