Farali Khandvi By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Water chestnut flour, Butter milk Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Select Taste Level of Cooking Medium Others Veg Ingredients list for Farali Khandvi 1 cup Water chestnut flour 3 cups Butter milk 2 teaspoon Green chilli paste to taste Salt for shallow frying Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon Fresh scraped coconut 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped Method Mix butter milk, water chestnut flour and green chilli paste in a bowl. Add salt and mix well. Heat the prepared mixture in a non-stick pan and cook it on low flame till it becomes thick, stirring continuously. Pour the prepared mixture on the greased tray, cool to room temperature and cut the mixture into square pieces and roll them to make a khandvi. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, red chilli powder and add khandvi. Cook till done. Add coconut and coriander leaves and mix well. Cook for a minute.
