Ingredients list for Fish In Foil

  • 4 Rawas 200 grams each
  • 2 inch piece Ginger sliced

Method

  1. Keep two sheets one top of the other, halve and seal the two open sides, keeping the third side open. Similarly make another envelope.
  2. Take ginger in a bowl. Add sea salt, lemon juice and fish fillets. Mix. Add crushed red chillies and coriander leaves and mix.
  3. Add oil and mix.
