Ingredients
- Carrot puree as required
- 100 grams refined flour (maida) + for dusting
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Put flour, salt, olive oil and some carrot puree in a bowl and mix well.
- Transfer the dough on the worktop, dust some flour and knead into a stiff dough. Transfer in a bowl, cover with cling film and set aside for 20-25 minutes.
- Use as required.
