Ingredients for Fried Ice Cream Recipe

  • Vanilla ice cream 4 scoops

  • Refined flour (maida) 1 cup

  • Corn flakes crushed to roll

  • Oil for deep-frying

  • Chocolate sauce 1/2 cup


Step 1

Keep the ice cream scoops in the freezer. Mix the flour with sufficient water to make a thick batter.

Step 2

Dip the ice cream scoops in the batter and roll in crushed cornflakes and return them to the freezer for two hours or until frozen solid.

Step 3

Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan. Lower the batter covered ice cream scoops gently into the oil and deep fry for fifteen seconds or till golden brown.

Step 4

Drain and serve with chocolate sauce.
