This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Peach, Papaya Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Fruit Cocktail 1 medium Peach 1/2 medium Papaya peeled 1 cup Pineapple juice 1 cup Orange juice 1 Kiwi peeled 1/2 cup Castor sugar 1 teaspoon Ginger grated 10-12 Ice cubes 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 1/2 cup Orange segments 2 tablespoons Dark rum for garnishing Kiwi slices for garnishing Fresh mint leaves Method Roughly chop half peach and papaya and put them in a blender jar. To make syrup, heat together castor sugar and ½ cup water in a non-stick pan, add ginger and bring it to a boil. Add ½ cup pineapple and orange juice to the jar and blend. Strain the syrup into a bowl. Strain the ground mixture into another bowl. Add 10-12 ice cubes, 4-5 tbsps syrup and lemon juice and mix well. Roughly chop remaining peach and kiwi. Add remaining pineapple juice and orange juice and mix well. Add peach and some of the kiwi and mix well. Add dark rum and mix well. Put orange segments and remaining chopped kiwi in individual glasses. Pour the prepared juice in each glass, garnish with kiwi slice and mint leaves and serve chilled.
