Ingredients list for Fruit Kebabs
- 1 large Apple cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
 - 1 large Kiwi cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
 - 2 slices Pineapple cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
 - 5 Plums cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
 - 2 large Bananas cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
 - 2 tablespooons Oil
 - 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
 - 1/4 cup Honey
 - 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
 - to taste Salt
 
Method
- For marinade mix brown sugar, honey, lemon juice and salt in a large bowl.
 - Add apple, kiwi, pineapple, plum and banana pieces and mix well so that all the fruits are well covered with the marinade.
 - Thread the fruits onto the skewers in the following order: pineapple, plum, kiwi, apple and banana.
 - Heat a little oil in a grill pan. Place the skewers in the grill pan, cover and cook till golden.
 - While serving place the fruit skewers on serving plates, drizzle some honey over and serve immediately.
