Ingredients list for Fruit Srikhand

  • 1/4 cup Mango puree
  • 2 small Hung yogurt
  • 2 Banana(elaichi)
  • 5-6 Strawberries
  • 1 cups Apple
  • 3/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • 4-5 Almonds,blanched, peeled and slivered

Method

  1. Peel and chop the apple. Peel and chop the elaichi bananas. Hull and chop the strawberries.
  2. Take the hung yogurt in a bowl. Add powdered sugar and mango pulp and whisk well. Add the fruits and mix.
  3. Add the green cardamom powder and almond slivers and mix. Chill and serve.
