Ingredients list for Fruit and Vegetable Popsicles
- 2 Bananas
- 1/4 cup Blueberries dried
- 1/4 cup Cranberries dried
- 2 medium Peaches peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 cup Apple juice
- 2 medium Sweet potato boiled, peeled and cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup Kale
Method
- Peel and put bananas in a blender jar. Add sweet potato, blueberries, cranberries, kale, peaches and apple juice and blend well.
- Pour the prepared mixture into popsicle moulds and freeze till set.
- Demould and serve immediately.
