By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Jun 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Cottage cheese, Garlic paste Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Garlic Grilled Paneer 200 grams Cottage cheese cut into cubes 1 tablespoon Garlic paste 1/2 tablespoon Mustard paste 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Black peppercorns crushed to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tablespoon Fresh cream 1 Medium green capsicum cut into cubes 1 Medium onion cut into cubes 1 Medium red capsicum cut into cubes 1 Medium yellow capsicum cut into cubes for basting Oil Method Mix together garlic paste, mustard paste, chilli powder, crushed peppercorns, salt, coriander leaves and cream in a bowl. Add cottage cheese cubes and coat well. Skewer cottage cheese cubes with coloured capsicums and onion onto satay sticks in this order: green capsicum, cottage cheese, onion, cottage cheese, red capsicum, cottage cheese and yellow capsicum. Heat a sandwich griller and brush some oil on it. Place the sticks on it, cover and grill till cottage cheese is cooked and evenly done from all sides.
