Ingredients for Gluco Biscuit Cake Recipe

  • Digestive biscuits 200 grams

  • Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Cocoa powder 4 tablespoons

  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon

  • Milk 1/2 cup

  • White butter 5 tablespoons


Step 1

Grind glucose biscuits, sugar and cocoa powder to a smooth mixture.

Step 2

Remove and add baking powder and mix well. Add milk little by little and keep stirring continuously. Melt the butter and pour it in the batter.

Step 3

Pour the mixture in a greased microwave dish and microwave on HIGH for five minutes.Let it stand for a minute and then remove it and serve with vanilla ice cream or chocolate sauce.
