Ingredients for Grapes And Walnut Raita Recipe

  • Green grapes halved 25-30

  • Walnut Kernels chopped 1/4 cup

  • Yogurt 2 cup

  • Cumin seeds 2 teaspoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Fresh mint leaves chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Red chilli powder a large pinch

Method

Step 1

Roast the cumin seeds till dark brown. Cool and pound coarsely. Whisk the yogurt in a large bowl with salt, sugar and red chilli powder.

Step 2

Keep aside a little walnuts and grapes for garnish and mix the rest with the spiced yogurt. Add half a teaspoon of the roasted cumin powder and mix. Sprinkle a little red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder on the top. Garnish with a few chopped walnuts and grapes.

Step 3

Chill and serve. Sprinkle chilli powder and serve.
