Ingredients list for Green Desi Pan Cake

  • 1 cup Whole green grams (sabut moong) soaked overnight
  • Green chillies
  • 1 small bunch Fresh coriander leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • to shallow fry Oil

Method

  1. Grind the dal with green chillies, coriander leaves and salt to a smooth paste.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Pour a ladle full batter and spread it in the form of a cheela or dosa.
  3. Cook till golden on both sides.
  4. Serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
