Ingredients list for Grilled Corn-On-The-Cob With Chilli Butter
- 4 Corn Cob boiled in salt water for 15 minutes and drained
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
Method
- To make chilli butter, combine butter, coriander leaves, red chillies, salt and pepper powder in a bowl. Mix well.
- In another bowl, mix olive oil, red chilli powder, salt and freshly ground peppercorns. Brush the sweet corns with this mixture and coat well.
- Heat the Grill Pan. Place sweet corns in it, two at a time, and cook for ten to fifteen minutes, turning occasionally. Serve hot with chilli butter.
