Ingredients for Gud aur Saunth Ke Goley Recipe

  • Jaggery chopped 1 cup

  • Walnuts 1/2 teaspoon

  • Walnuts (akhrot) halved 1/4 cup

  • Fennel (saunf) powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Green cardamom powder a pinch

  • Raisins 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Place walnuts in a mortar and pound them with a pestle. Add jaggery and pound further for 7-8 minutes.

Step 2

Add fennel powder, green cardamom powder, dried ginger powder and raisins. Mix well and pound further for 1 minute.

Step 3

Make small balls of the mixture, transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
