Ingredients list for Gulab Jamun Mousse
- 12 small + Gulab jamuns
 - 1/2 cup Fresh cream
 - 1 cup White chocolate chopped
 - 1 cup Whipped cream
 - for garnishing Pistachios slivers
 
Method
- Heat cream in a non-stick pan till warm.
 - Add warm cream to chopped chocolate and set aside for 5-10 minutes. Mix well to ensure that there are no lumps. Cool to room temperature.
 - Combine chocolate mixture and whipped cream in another bowl and mix well.
 - Fill the chocolate mixture into a piping bag and cut the tip of the bag.
 - Place 3 gulab jamuns each into 4 individual shot glasses and pipe the chocolate mixture on top. Tap the glasses a little and refrigerate for ½ hour.
 - Cut a gulab jamun into one-fourth and garnish each glass with a piece alongwith some pistachio slivers.
 - Serve chilled.
