Ingredients list for Hariyali Raita

  • 1 bunch Corinder
  • 1 1/2 cups Yogurt
  • 15-20 Fresh mint leaves
  • 2-3 Green chilli

Method

  1. Grate the radish and store the leaves. Grind together coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and salt and grind it to a fine paste.
  2. Add yogurt in a bowl. Add sugar, roasted cumin powder, radish and chutney and mix well.
  3. Serve chilled garnished with radish leaves.
