Ingredients list for Healthy Chatpati Chaat

  • 2 cups Mixed Sprouts boiled
  • 1 cup Chickpeas soaked and boiled
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped

Method

  1. In a large bowl mix together mixed sprouts, chickpeas, onion, green capsicum, tomato, potato, green chillies, lemon juice, chaat masala, dried mango powder and black salt and mix well.
  2. Serve the chaat garnished with coriander leaves.
