Ingredients list for Horchta
- 1 cup Rice soaked
 - 4 cups Tender coconut water
 - 1 inch Cinnamon
 - 1/2 cup Condensed milk
 - 1/2 cup Tender coconut flesh (malai) chopped
 
Method
- Drain rice and grind to a fine paste with coconut water and cinnamon.
 - Strain through a muslin cloth into a bowl. Add condensed milk to the liquid.
 - Pour into four individual glasses and serve chilled garnished with tender coconut flesh.
