Ingredients list for Horchta

  • 1 cup Rice soaked
  • 4 cups Tender coconut water
  • 1 inch Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Tender coconut flesh (malai) chopped

Method

  1. Drain rice and grind to a fine paste with coconut water and cinnamon.
  2. Strain through a muslin cloth into a bowl. Add condensed milk to the liquid.
  3. Pour into four individual glasses and serve chilled garnished with tender coconut flesh.
