Ingredients list for Hot Caramel Mango
- 2 large MAngoes
- 3/4 cup Cream
- 4 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Castor sugar (caster sugar)
- 4 Wafer biscuits
Method
- Peel and cut mango flesh into thin slices. Whip cream in a bowl with a whisk to make it thick.
- Arrange the mango slices on three to four individual dishes and pour the cream over each dish. Sprinkle brown and caster sugar over.
- Preheat an oven and place dishes under grill for five minutes or until sugar is caramelized and the mango is warm.
- Serve immediately with a wafer biscuit.
