Ingredients for Hot Caramel Mango Recipe

  • MAngoes 2 large

  • Cream 3/4 cup

  • Brown sugar 4 tablespoons

  • Castor sugar (caster sugar) 1 tablespoon

  • Wafer biscuits 4


Step 1

Peel and cut mango flesh into thin slices. Whip cream in a bowl with a whisk to make it thick.

Step 2

Arrange the mango slices on three to four individual dishes and pour the cream over each dish. Sprinkle brown and caster sugar over.

Step 3

Preheat an oven and place dishes under grill for five minutes or until sugar is caramelized and the mango is warm.

Step 4

Serve immediately with a wafer biscuit.
