  • Whole green grams (sabut moong) as required

Method

Step 1

Soak green gram in sufficient water for 4-5 hours.

Step 2

Drain and place gram in a wet muslin cloth and tie in a bundle.

Step 3

Pace bundle in a colander and set aside, for overnight, at a warm place like a kitchen cabinet.

Step 4

Use as required.
