Ingredients list for Hunan Style Tofu
- 120 grams Tofu cut into cubes (fresh)
 - 25 grams Red bell pepper diced
 - 25 grams Onion sliced
 - 15 grams Cashewnuts fried and broked
 - 10 grams Ginger sliced
 - 10 grams Red chilli paste
 - 5 grams Seasoning
 - to taste Salt
 - 5 grams White pepper powder
 - 15 grams Cornflour/ corn starch
 - 10 grams Dark soy sauce
 - 1 gram Chilli oil
 - 10 grams Red chilli broken
 - 10 grams Refined oil
 
Method
- Heat oil in a wok. Add ginger, red chilli paste, vegetable and sauté for a min.
 - Add oyster sauce, red chilli paste, stock, seasoning, sugar, white pepper , dark soy and cornflour and adjust the gravy.
 - Add tofu and fried nuts.
 - Finish with garlic oil and serve hot.
