Ingredients list for Indo-Chinese Pan Roasted Chicken
- 750 grams Chicken on bones, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
- 1 tablespoon schezwan sauce
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- for deep-frying Oil
Method
- Take chicken in a bowl. Add yogurt, ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, schezwan sauce, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt, mix and set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place marinated chicken pieces and shallow-fry from all sides for 1-2 minutes. Cover and cook on medium heat till chicken is golden and fully done.
- Serve hot with onion rings.
