Ingredients list for Indonesian Potatoes
- 4 large Potatoes cut into wedges
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a wok, add the potato wedges and deep fry till lightly browned. Drain and set aside on absorbent paper.
- Heat one tablespoon of oil in another wok and add spring onions and sauté for a minute. Add sugar, dark soy sauce and salt and mix. Add fried potatoes and fresh red chillies. Mix and cook for a minute.
- Serve hot.
