Ingredients list for Instant Coconut Laddoo

  • 2 cups Desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup Condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons Mixed nuts chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick pan and roast the desiccated coconut on a low flame for two to three minutes.
  2. Add condensed milk, dry fruits, and green cardamom powder and mix well.
  3. Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool slightly, till it can be handled by hand.
  4. Shape into laddoos, cool and serve.
