Ingredients list for Instant Dosa

  • 200 grams Refined flour (maida)
  • 100 grams Semolina (rawa/suji)
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda

Method

  1. In a bowl combine together refined flour, semolina, yogurt, salt and baking soda and make a smooth batter.
  2. Heat oil in a non stick tawa and pour a laddleful of batter init and make a thin circular dosa. Cook till golden brown on both the sides. Serve hot with green chutney.
