Ingredients for Instant Dosa Recipe

  • Refined Flour 200 grams

  • Rawa 100 grams

  • Yogurt 1 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon


Step 1

In a bowl combine together refined flour, semolina, yogurt, salt and baking soda and make a smooth batter.

Step 2

Heat oil in a non stick tawa and pour a laddleful of batter init and make a thin circular dosa. Cook till golden brown on both the sides. Serve hot with green chutney.
