Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Irish whisky
- 3 teaspoons instant coffee powder
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 cup chilled heavy cream whipped
Method
- Add two teaspoons of sugar to the chilled cream and whip till it forms peaks. Keep aside.
- Pour three cups of water in a deep microwave bowl, cover. Place on Microwave HIGH (100%) for five minutes or until steaming.Remove, add coffee powder and the remaining two teaspoons of sugar. Stir to dissolve it. Pour in whisky/liqueur gently
- Pour coffee into four stemmed glasses and top it with whipped cream
