Ingredients

    • 2 cups jamun juice
    • Ice cubes as required
    • Black salt to taste
    • 2 tsps chaat masala
    • 4 tbsps sugar syrup
    • Juice of 2 lemons
    • Fresh mint leaves as required
    • 4 tbsps chopped jamun
    • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
    • Drinking soda for topping 

    Method

    1. To prepare one portion, In a Boston shaker add some ice cubes, black salt, ½ tsp chaat masala, 1 tbsp sugar syrup, juice of ½ lemon and ½ cup jamun juice. Shake well. 
    2. In a serving glass, add some ice cubes, mint leaves, 1 tbsp chopped jamun and 2-3 lemon slices. Pour the drink in it and top with some drinking soda. 
    3. Stir well and serve immediately.
