Ingredients for Jhatpat Juice Recipe

  • Medium beetroots quartered with peel 2

  • Medium cucumber quartered with peel 2

  • Ginger roughly chopped 2 inches

  • Celery 4 stalks

  • Fresh mint leaves 20-24

  • Lemons juice extracted 2

Method

Step 1

Pass beetroots, cucumbers, ginger, celery stalks and mint leaves through a juicer and collect the juice in a jar.

Step 2

Add lemon juice and mix.

Step 3

Pour equally into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
