Ingredients list for Kala Khatta Jaljeera
- 6 tablespoons kala khatta syrup
- 3 1/2 teaspoons Jaljeera powder
Method
- Pour kala khatta syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add jaljeera powder, black salt, juice of ½ lemon, 2 tbsps water, 2-3 ice cubes and put the lid on the shaker and shake well. Add lots of ice cubes.
- Put a few fresh mint leaves in each serving glass. Put the ice cubes from the shaker equally into each glass. Pour kala khatta mixture equally into each glass.
- Top it up with drinking soda. Serve immediately.
