Ingredients list for Kale Chana

  • 1 1/2 cups Black Bengal gram soaked for 5-6 hours and pressure cooked with salt
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Tata Sampann Punjabi Chhole Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • for garnish Fresh coriander sprig

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add 2 tablespoons Tata Sampann Punjabi Chhole Masala, Bengal gram and mix well.
  2. Add salt and remaining Tata Sampann Punjabi Chhole Masala and mix well. Add ¼ cup water, mix well and cook 2-3 minutes.
  3. Garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot.
