Ingredients
- 10-12 kale leaves
- 4 cups milk
- 2 medium green apples, roughly chopped
- 4 medium ripe bananas, peeled and roughly chopped
Method
- Place kale leaves in a blender jar. Add milk, apples and bananas and blend till smooth.
- Pour into four tall glasses and serve chilled.
