Ingredients list for Khantoli

  • 2 cups Rice Rawa
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Jaggery (gur) grated
  • 1/2 cup Coconut scraped
  • 1/4 cup Peanuts

Method

  1. Cook rice rawa in two cups of water or combination of one cup of water and one cup of coconut milk till nearly done.
  2. Add grated jaggery and cook till thick. Add scraped coconut and coarsely powdered peanuts. Mix well.
