By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cooked Rice, Yogurt Cuisine Indian Course Desserts Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Khatti Kheer (redu) 2 cups Cooked Rice 1 cup Yogurt 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon coriander leaves 1/4 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) 2-3 cloves Garlic chopped 2 medium Onion chopped 1/2 inch piece Ginger chopped 1 Green chilli chopped 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds and saute for a minute. Add garlic, onion, ginger and green chilli and saute till the onions get brown. Add turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
