Method
- Slit the chicken breasts into two and then cut into strips. Put the chicken strips into a bowl. Peel, wash and cut onions into thin slices. Deep fry till golden brown.
- Grind into a paste using half of the yogurt. Peel, wash ginger and grind to a paste. Make a paste of almonds.
- Dry roast cinnamon, coriander seeds, cloves and green cardamoms and powder them. Crush the peppercorns. Roll the chicken strips around toothpicks.
- Place this skewered chicken in a bowl. Add browned onion paste, remaining yogurt, almond paste and mix well.
- Add the roasted spice powder and crushed peppercorns and mix.
