By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cabbage, Mustard oil Cuisine Bengali Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Labra 100 grams Cabbage shredded 1 tablespoon Mustard oil 2 medium Sweet potatoes 1 inch pieces 2 medium White radish 1 inch pieces 100 grams Red pumpkin (bhopla/kaddu) 1 inch pieces 15 French beans 1 inch pieces 2 Brinjals 1 inch pieces 1 large Potato 1 inch pieces 15 Broad beans (sem ki phalli/papdi) 1 inch pieces 1/2 teaspoon Panch phoran 3 Whole dry red chillies 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Ginger paste 2 Green chillies slit to taste Salt 3/4 teaspoon Sugar Method Advertisment Heat oil and add paanch phoron and whole red chilies. When they change colour, add all the vegetables and stir. Add turmeric powder and ginger paste and mix well. Cover and cook over low heat till all the vegetables are cooked. Increase the heat so that all the moisture is dried up. Add salt, sugar and slit green chilies and mix well. Cook for two minutes and take the pan off the heat. Serve hot.
