Ingredients for Lauki Ice cream Recipe

  • Bottle Gourd peeled 500 grams

  • Fresh Cream 1 cup

  • Fresh cream 3 cups

  • Honey 2 tablespoons

  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon


Step 1

Heat a non stick pan, add bottle guard and sugar and cook till the water evaporates and the mixture is soft.

Step 2

Remove from the heat and allow it to cool.

Step 3

In a bowl mix together fresh cream and the above mixture. Mix well. Add honey and cardamom powder. Mix again.

Step 4

Pour the mixture in a box and allow it to freeze. Once the mixture is ¾ frozen remove the mixture and whisk again.

Step 5

Allow the mixture to freeze again and serve.
