By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Kaffir limes, Yogurt Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 4-5 hour Cook time Cooking Time Serve 4 Taste Sweet & Sour Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Lemon Flavoured Lassi Slush 2 Kaffir limes 3 cups Yogurt 3/4 cup Powdered sugar 1 pinch Salt 1/2 cup Milk Method Take yogurt in a bowl, add powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Grate the zest of 1½ kaffir limes directly into the bowl. Quarter 1½ kaffir limes, place them in a muslin cloth and squeeze the juice into the bowl. Add milk and whisk the mixture well. Pour the mixture into ice tray moulds and freeze for 3-4 hours. Cut the remaining ½ kaffir lime into thin roundels. De-mould the lassi cubes and put into a blender jar and blend lightly.
