This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 May 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Penne pasta, Red capsicums Cuisine Italian Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Lemon Pepper Pasta 1 Penne pasta 1 teaspoon Red capsicums 2 Pickled jalapenos 2 medium Red capsicum 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns,crushed 200 grams Penne ,boiled 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil 5-6 Sundried tomatoes 2 tablespoons Garlic,chopped to taste Salt Method Heat extra virgin olive oil in a non stick pan. Roughly chop red capsicum (pepper) and put into a blender jar. Add sundried tomatoes and a little water and blend into a puree. Add garlic to the pan and sauté till golden brown. Chop jalapeno peppers. Add the puree to the pan and mix well. Add salt and pasta and mix well. Add crushed peppercorns and lemon zest and mix well. Squeeze the juice of a lemon and add and mix well.
